3 Steps to Becoming a Practitioner
After you do your research, take advantage of your Sacred Choice to become a Practitioner or not. If anyone tries to coerce you into becoming one or lead you away from it against your will, they are violating the first and most important Tenet of Pkinism and you don't have to listen to them.

And likewise, whichever adult you chose to research with may or may not ultimately become your Pkin Mentor, depending on where each of you see your directions in life heading. In any case, feel free to discuss any possible options with them.
If you decide that yes, you do want to be a Pkinist, then follow the steps on the Naming Your Archetypes page to learn how to create those names!

This would also be a great time for your Mentor (if you choose to have one) to get initiated by filling out the Pkin Mentor Initiation Contract and taking The Mentor's Oath with two witnesses present so they can start helping you prepare for your Pkin Cycle.

After this, simply have your Mentor give your first Physical Archetype to you on your next birthday (or buy one yourself, if you choose to go Mentorless) to start your spiritual journey!
